Video: Bacteria Basics




Video Summary:
After collecting some samples of microorganisms, the tree house detectives visit Greg Frank. They observe the Petri dishes and the colonies of bacteria. Mr. Frank then shows the detectives about bacteria in people's mouths by taking a sample and discussing three different types of bacteria. Coccus, bacillus, and streptococcus bacteria are discussed. The detectives learn that not all types of bacteria can cause disease and some are even helpful to animals.
